![]() When I brought this to the attention of the front desk. 20 minutes later it started on my windows. A few minutes later, a pressure washer was pounding on the window next to mine. I turned up the television to try to ignore it. I checked in and told the staff I was going to be in a very late meeting and asked them for a quiet room with a late check out, as sleep was a priority 4 hours later I was awakened by a crane shuffling equipment outside my window. I don't complain, don't get mad but this needs to be shared for those who like businesses to be held accountable for horrific service. He then told me he was tired of people complaining just so they could get a discount! I then asked for his business card, so I could call corporate and file a complaint and he said he was new so no card. I asked what had happened the day before and he said it was not their policy to service the rooms unless they were asked to. My patients growing thin I asked if my room was serviced, and he said he thought so. He said go try it again and if it doesn't work come back down. I asked the manager to accompany me to the room to check the card he made, 4th try tonight, and he looked at me and said no. Came back, again around 10PM and keycard not working again!! This time after 3 tries with new keycards the manager came out and made a new card, Desk manager apparently was doing it wrong. However national mask mandates on airlines were lifted the week before! I asked that my room be serviced before I returned that evening. Next morning, no manager but was told room wasn't serviced because of COVID. I asked when I could talk to the manager and was told in the morning. Called the front desk and was told housekeeping was too busy to service rooms of people that were there more than overnight. Day two left at 9am returned at 9pm to find keycard not working again AND room had not been touched by housekeeping. Took three tries up and down from room to get a working keycard. Checked in for a 3 day stay for a funeral.
